What is a STRONG Session?

There is more to STRONG than muscles

  • 30 Minutes: Each session is up to 30 minutes long

  • Rest and Recovery: Training is no more than 2 times per week with minimum 2 days rest in between sessions

  • MedX: The studio uses a full line of state of the art MedX machines

  • Custom Settings: Machines are set to fit all body types for proper form and function

  • Full Body: Each session will focus on the whole body using on average 10 machines

  • Recorded Sessions: Progress is tracked at each session on your personal chart

  • Timed: Each exercise is timed up to 2 minutes, emphasizing 10 second positives and 10 second negatives

  • Failure: Weights are set so that you reach near failure or momentary muscle failure for each exercise

  • No Sweat: Studio is quiet and climate controlled for a zen-like workout
